How should I ship my quilts?
When shipping your quilts please use a normal-size box to ship your quilt; we cannot promise that the original boxes will be stored or used. There is 90% chance for larger boxes to be damaged than small, compact boxes with the quilts folded neatly inside. As soon as they are received they are opened and put them into the bins for storage, and they are stored as a group and shipped as a group. For more good tips on shipping no no's, click here. Entry forms, checks, etc. should accompany the pieces themselves. Please don't just put them in your shipping boxes and assume the people opening the boxes will find them. Roll them inside your quilts or put them so they are folded inside the quilts. Make SURE that your name and return address is EVERYWHERE on the box, and you can include a return shipping label (again, wrapped inside the quilt). It also needs to be on your label as well as your entry form.
How do I pay the entry fee?
Fees can be paid thru Paypal, (we prefer this way if you have a Paypal account) if you must send a check, the check must be made Payable to Fiberarts Connection of Southern California and sent to the address above with your quilt.
