We also welcome donations of small art quilts, etc. that we can sell in our fundraising efforts to keep Fiberarts Connection of Southern California a viable organization and enable us to meet our goals of assisting fiberartists with professional development and exposure for their art.

Fiberarts Connection of Southern California, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3), was founded in 2003 by Anne Copeland, Director.  The organization was founded for the following purposes:

• To provide professional development, education and assistance for emerging and physically challenged fiberartists.
• To provide online competitions and live venues for exhibits.
• To promote awareness, respect and understanding for fiberarts and other mixed media. 
  

We are seeking sponsorships from fiberarts suppliers, groups and individuals alike to be used to meet the following needs: 

• Prize money for participants
• Printing and publicity
• Shipping costs
• Assistance for those fiberartists who cannot otherwise afford to enter the events
• Miscellaneous related expenses involved with providing live venues and publicity for events.
• We also need assistance with our community involvement -- in the form of supplies and materials, or money to purchase supplies and materials

We invite you to partner with us to make possible events that will meet your community relations objectives by linking your business to Fiberarts Connection of Southern California. Fiberarts is one of the fastest growing art forms internationally and has a strong international appeal. Fiberarts Connection of Southern California has significantly contributed to the growth and acceptance of fiberarts to the wider public.  We hold group exhibits not only in museums and galleries, but major quilt shows and nontraditional venues, thus reaching all levels of society and educating the public.
